Across the coasts of Mexico, the typical seafood restaurants are mostly built under a palapa - a traditional shelter roofed with palm leaves. Azul Madera's concept is born from this reality, where a reed roof is unfolded into different angles to generate walls, desired shadows and making use of substractions to install night lamps while providing sunshine to the inside and planted trees.
